Scope and purposes of processing
We process data voluntarily provided through contact forms, reservations, orders or other communication channels available on the website.
Data is used to handle inquiries, provide restaurant services, communicate with guests, secure the website and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and technical data
The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for proper operation, session handling, language preferences and security.
The server may store technical logs including the IP address, request date, page address and browser information.
Visit statistics
If Restavox Analytics is enabled for this website, we measure traffic to produce aggregate statistics, assess content popularity and improve the website. An analytics event may include the host and path without query parameters, referrer host, device class, browser and operating-system family, refresh marker and a technical event identifier. Restavox platform pages may additionally process UTM campaign parameters.
Cookieless mode stores no visitor or session identifier in the browser and does not calculate unique visitors. In consented mode, the browser stores a visitor identifier for up to 13 months and a session identifier that expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity; only hashes of those identifiers, not their source values, enter the analytics dataset.
The raw IP address and full User-Agent header are not stored in the analytics event dataset. They may exist independently in short-lived infrastructure logs described above and are not joined with visit statistics.
Cookieless processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in measuring use of its own website and improving its operation. The mode using visitor and session identifiers runs only after consent, which can be withdrawn at any time in cookie settings.
Raw analytics events are retained for 35 days. Aggregate daily statistics that contain no visitor or session identifiers may be retained indefinitely.
For a restaurant or network website, its operator is the controller of analytics data and Restavox processes statistics on the operator's behalf as the service provider. The data is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure acting as Restavox's downstream hosting provider; it is not shared with third-party analytics-tool providers.
Map and delivery address check
If the website provides a delivery-area map with an address check, the address you enter is used solely to determine whether it falls within a delivery zone and to indicate the delivery fee. The address is not stored permanently or used for any other purpose; query results may be cached briefly to limit the number of requests.
Address coordinates are resolved by an external geocoding service — by default Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) — which receives the entered address and technical request data. When the map is displayed, your browser loads map tiles from an external provider (by default OpenStreetMap servers), which receives standard technical data including the IP address.
Recipients and retention
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, security and restaurant-support service providers only as needed to provide the service.
We retain data for the time required to handle the matter, meet legal obligations or protect claims.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
